Jelvix is looking for DevOps to work in skilled and friendly team!

Responsibilities:

  • Support, development and improvement of the current IT infrastructure
  • Deployment and maintenance of existing web development environments
  • Design and development of DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Design and implementation of automation of development processes
  • Setup, debugging and support of monitoring systems
  • Learning new technologies and, if necessary, their implementation
  • Writing user and technical documentation for setting up and using created scripts and tools
  • Implementation of project scaling to ensure fault tolerance under load
  • Implementation of projects according to the IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) methodology using infrastructure management systems (Ansible, Chief, Puppet) and infrastructure deployment (Terraform)
  • Interaction with members of other teams

Requirements:

  • System Administration (Linux) (3 years)
  • CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipeline or similar) (2 years)
  • Docker (1 year)
  • Understanding backend stacks (LAMP, MEAN)
  • Strong knowledge of base web protocols and principals (HTTP, TCP/IP, VPN, SSH)
  • Have experience with or be ready to learn AWS / MS Azure
  • Experience with GIT
