Jelvix is looking for a motivated responsible Recruiter to join our friendly Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Active search for qualified candidates by using different sourcing tools and channels (LI, Djinni, databases, job boards, social media platforms, etc.)
  • Conducting interviews
  • Writing and posting vacancies on the job sites and social networks
  • Manage and maintain ATS and sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders
  • Holding outstanding relationships with hiring managers/clients and talents, in order to collaborate together

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of relevant working experience in IT Recruitment
  • Strong skills in the different recruitment practices, process, and tools
  • Ability to assess the initial fit of a candidate to a position
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skill
  • Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player
  • Experience working with internal databases
  • Pre-Intermediate English level or higher
