Jelvix is looking for a Java Developer for a long-term project in an IoT area. The work schedule is flexible. Full-time. Kharkiv or remote.

About the project:

An IoT Platform is helping leading manufacturing companies to improve efficiency and quality, reduce planned/unplanned downtime and increase agility. It uses wireless sensors and cutting-edge IoT technology to capture, analyse and visualise KPIs in real-time, to support Operational Excellence and data-based decision making. The platform helps companies move away from paper and spreadsheets and add intelligence into the manufacturing process to assist continuous improvement initiatives, powered by advanced data analytics. Increased global competition, heightening pressure on competitiveness and the need for the more sustainable use of resources is accelerating the need for disruptive digital technologies in manufacturing.


  • Write clean, readable, well-commented and maintainable code
  • Review, test, fix, research, deploy & maintain services & code in production environments
  • Collaborate with team to define technical strategy
  • Design, develop and support software and services
  • Lead on sub-projects
  • Maintain and contribute to software delivery principles based on internal standards and industry best-practice
  • Take pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems
