We are looking for a Sales Manager. We would like to see a proactive person, who knows everything about sales, not only in theory but also in practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the primary relationship with customers, determining their needs, recommending the potential approaches to achieving the clients’ goals
  • Analysis of clients’ requirements, communication through e-mail, Skype and other tools, preparation of the commercial proposal
  • Communication with the development department during the preparation of the commercial proposal
  • Working with agreements, negotiations about the budget, dealing with objections
  • Transfering the project documentation to the PM department

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage negotiations regarding multiple projects with various clients simultaneously
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT sales management
  • Experience in communication with the development team, preparation of the project proposals
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Understanding of software development stages (Web and Mobile)
  • Experience in working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email campaigns
  • Being proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented
