We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Market monitoring and analysis
  • Search and selection of candidates
  • Constant communication in the team to update vacancies
  • Interaction with department leads and technical experts to determine the requirements for vacancies
  • Drawing up reports on the work done

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Experience in conducting initial interviews
  • Skills of writing effective job postings
  • Experience in working with the recruiting system (ATS)
  • Risk management
